This is a hands-on role supporting advanced monitoring, alarm, sensor, and control systems that are essential to safe and compliant marine operations. The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who thrives in field environments, can respond to customer needs on short notice, and enjoys solving technical challenges under real-world conditions.

  • Document service reports, parts usage, system readings, and corrective actions.

  • Maintain a professional, safety-oriented presence while representing the service team.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all installations meet required standards and specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting ability with sensors, alarms, wiring, control circuits, or measurement equipment.

  • Comfortable working on marine vessels, terminals, or industrial sites.

  • Ability to work on-call and travel on short notice.

  • Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and schematics.

  • Valid driver’s license; able to pass required screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background with tank-level measurement systems, alarm panels, or monitoring/control equipment.

  • Familiarity with basic networking or communication protocols used in electronic systems.

  • Prior field service experience in industrial, marine, or offshore settings.

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Exceptional problem-solving ability

  • Hands-on and mechanically/electrically inclined

  • Self-directed in the field with strong follow-through

  • Clear communicator with customer-facing professionalism

  • Safety-focused and detail-oriented
