Pay: $19/hour + tips + retail commissions

Job Description:
Join our high-end spa as an Aesthetic Skin Care Specialist and deliver professional skincare treatments that help clients look radiant and feel confident. You'll perform advanced facial therapies, educate guests about skincare maintenance, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
Responsibilities:
Perform facials, peels, and advanced skin renewal treatments
Evaluate skin conditions and recommend appropriate services
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and products
Maintain a clean, safe, and serene workspace
Upsell products and memberships to enhance client experience
Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician (required)
Skilled in facial and rejuvenation treatments
Passion for beauty, skin health, and client care
Excellent communication and professionalism
