Job Summary:
The Production Lead must be comfortable directing operators in accordance with company policy and will report any violations to the Production Supervisor. While a strong candidate will exhibit qualities of a leader, they must also be able to perform all operator functions. This means they must be capable of operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's semiconductor products.

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $26.00. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
