Overview of Responsibilities: Designs, develops, and optimizes educational materials that enhance learning, build skills, and support strategic initiatives. Facilitates outcome-based training by delivering impactful learning experiences. Collaborates with leaders and project teams to ensure training aligns with business needs and enhances organizational performance of talent.

  • Corporate Project Support: Collaborates with stakeholders and project leaders to assess training needs that support the successful implementation of corporate projects. Designs and delivers targeted learning solutions that align with project goals and timelines. Maintains alignment throughout the project to keep training effective and relevant and remains nimble as project and training needs evolve. Updates existing training materials as needed to reflect project-related changes and ensure content remains accurate, relevant and aligned with current processes.
  • Talent Development Execution: Partners with leaders to uncover the true contributors to performance or skill gaps and determines most effective paths forward. Asks thought-provoking questions to identify the development needs and partners with HR Generalist to recommend effective learning solutions that align with strategic targets. Develops outcome-based training and supporting materials aligned with business objectives and support long-term growth. Drives corporate culture by aligning learning and development initiatives with organizational values, empower team members to grow, collaborate, and embody MSGCUs vision.
  • Leader Support: Equips leaders with tools, resources, and coaching needed to successfully onboard new and develop existing talent. Ensures team members are supported through structured assimilation plans and holds leaders accountable for execution. Collaborates with the HR Generalist when a leadership skill gap is identified to develop tailored learning or coaching solutions for effective development.
  • Facilitates Training: Delivers engaging and effective development experiences across multiple learning modalities. Shares relevant knowledge and understanding on environmental, regulatory, financial, and other factors that impact business priorities. Leverages technology to scale delivery and ensure consistent and interactive training experiences across teams. Communicates with stakeholders to share feedback regarding team members’ progress during training.
  • Training Evaluation and Reporting: Gathers, analyzes, and interprets feedback from training to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends or gaps. Translates insights into actionable recommendations for leaders and cross-functional departments. Uses data to refine training content, adjust delivery methods, and development strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design or related required and;
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design.

Working Conditions:

  • Office and branch location environment with little discomfort from noise, extreme temperature, dust, or other factors.
  • Occasionally required to travel throughout MSGCU's service area as business needs require.
  • Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, such as robbery. Receives detailed instructions and security procedures on an annual basis to minimize risk.
  • This work involves sitting with brief periods of walking and extended periods of standing and may occasionally require lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
