Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)Job SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a dynamic and collaborative team.This role offers the opportunity to work in a small, family-oriented office with a strong company culture and remote work flexibility.The ideal candidate will have a background in property and casualty insurance, with a preference for those experienced in construction accounts.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is looking to grow their career in a stable and rewarding setting.Compensation PackageSalary Range :$85,000 - $100,000 annuallyBenefits Offered :Comprehensive benefits package401(k) :3% employer contributionResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to clients by managing and servicing commercial lines accountsHandle marketing renewals and quoting new / renewal businessWork with AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accuracyCollaborate with team members to meet client needs and company goalsMaintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely responses to inquiriesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policiesQualifications / RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account managementProperty and Casualty (P&C) licensure requiredExperience with construction accounts is preferredProficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirableStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentMust be located within an hour of Emmitsburg or Frederick for remote work eligibility#LI-JN4.
