often with limited or notherapeutic options.We have a diverse portfolio of marketed medicines, including leadingtherapies for sleep disorders and epilepsy, and a growing portfolio of cancer treatments.Our patient-focused and science-driven approach powers pioneering research and developmentadvancements across our robust pipeline of innovative therapeutics in oncology andneuroscience.Jazz is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with research and developmentlaboratories, manufacturing facilities and employees in multiple countries committed toserving patients worldwide.Please visitwww.jazzpharmaceuticals.comfor more information.Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and technically adept Data Product Owner to drive the identification and delivery of strategic data and AI products at Jazz.The data product owner is embedded in the Data & AI team at Jazz and ensure Data & AI product delivery is streamlined across the team, aligned with organizational goals, user-centric, and delivers measurable value.This individual will help drive adoption and use of D&A services and products across the organization.This role is pivotal for culture and change management, fostering collaboration among business stakeholders, decision makers, process modelers, and D&A developers.The right individual combines a passion for data, analytics and AI, strong soft skills, technical understanding, and domain knowledge to create business value through data-driven change.Ideal candidates have relevant pharma or biotech experience specifically in the areas of commercial and R&D.Essential Function and ResponsibilitiesSupport business stakeholders through all stages of a product lifecycle including :inspiration (identifying and prioritizing use cases), ideation (prototyping and business case development), and implementation (adoption, workflow integration, impact measurement, and sharing outcomes).Track business outcomes achieved through D&A initiatives, focusing on operational and financial impact, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics.Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products in alignment with enterprise data strategy and business objectives.Translate business needs into actionable data product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure data products meet user needs and drive adoption.Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative delivery in Agile environments.Leads user acceptance testing and gathers user feedback to refine and enhance data products iteratively, fostering continuous improvementCollaborates with governance, risk and security teams to ensure that data products comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those related to data privacy and securityPartner with Data Governance Lead to maintain data quality, lineage, and stewardship accountability.Collaborate with architecture leads to optimize existing architecture and streamline support of live products.Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in data product offeringsCollaborate with architecture leads to optimize existing architecture and streamline support of live products.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProven ability to drive business and financial outcomes of data and AI solutionsExperience in business process design, change management and cross-functional collaboration.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment.Strong understanding of modern data stacks, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and data governance principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong project management experience including familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Strategic thinking and problem solving skills, especially in collaborative, cross functional teams.Required / Preferred Education and LicensesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.7years of experience in data and AI product management, data or AI project delivery, or related roles.Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any characteristic protected by law.FOR US BASED CANDIDATES ONLYJazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc.is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive.For this role, the full and complete base pay range is :$144,000.00 -
