  • Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board Mentor RBTs & Case Managers-helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout. What you bring: Active BCBA Certification Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field 2+ years supervising clinical staff Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET) Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire Compensation & Perks: Hourly Rate: $45-$60 (depending on experience and education) Company-issued tablet or laptop Full Benefits (for FT employees): Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Match, Paid time off and 10 Paid Holidays Perks for all employees Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discount Website Smart Solution Plus Marketplace (Well Care Option) If this sounds like the environment you have been looking for, we would love to meet you.
