Duration :ASAP - 12 / 31 / 2025AKKODIS is seeking a Salesforce Developer that can convert Workflow Rules and Process Builders into Flows as well as upgrading API's.The ideal candidate will have strong overall Salesforce administration, development, and support experience.There will be a heavy emphasis on data modeling, system integration, and REST / SOAPAPI's.Desired Experience and Skills of the Remote Salesforce Developer Job :Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsMinimum of 5-years' experience in database and systems analysisBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceCertified Salesforce Administrator.Advanced Admin preferredExperience in all aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, Org-Wide Defaults and sharing rules.Knowledge of how to implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) :Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.Proven ability to conduct effective user trainings and presentations.Relational database experience, including queries, reporting, and administration.Experience with software implementation, troubleshooting new software and data conversion issues.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAble to work effectively both
