Apple Rehab Rocky Hill is a 100-bed skilled nursing center located right off the Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill CT. Our facility features private and semi-private rooms that are spacious enough to fit their favorite chair. The longevity of our staff makes it feel more like family with picnics and other activities for both staff and residents to enjoy inside or outside in our court yard.
Apple Rehab is a family owned and operated company that treats residents and staff like family too. Our expert team of senior management is located at our home office, right in Avon, CT, ensuring superior care from a local company. Our leadership is not across the country, but rather in your backyard.
Job Description:
The Housekeeping Aide provides quality housekeeping services, and a clean, orderly and safe environment for all facility residents and staff.
As defined in job routines or department instructions, the Housekeeping Aide cleans assigned areas of the facility, included but not limited to: resident rooms and bathrooms, on a scheduled basis to meet high standards of cleanliness, infection control, safety and hazardous communication program. The Housekeeping Aide plans efficient use of time, cooperates with all other staff and performs responsibilities with minimum disruption to the residents and staff. Maintains a clean, orderly work area and department. The Housekeeping Aide assists in maintaining adequate supplies needed in the department.
