Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher / Director to lead our early childhood program. This role involves classroom instruction, curriculum planning, and supporting a positive learning environment for children, staff, and families.


Responsibilities

• Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
  
  
• Teach foundational reading and math skills
  
  
• Support children’s social and emotional development
  
  
• Assess student progress and developmental milestones

• Maintain classroom health, safety, and sanitation standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification
  
  
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management
  
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
