As a Housekeeper at Nexus of Forest Edge, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team.
Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and equipment according to established procedures
Restock supplies and linens as needed
Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing patient clothing and linens
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control standards
Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning and maintenance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements:
1 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with infection control procedures and guidelines
