● Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
● Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies
● Supervise and mentor RBTs
● Collaborate with families and clinical team members
● Maintain documentation and ensure quality care What You Bring
● BCBA certification
● Master’s degree in ABA or related field
● 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
● Strong understanding of ABA principles
