What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital staff
• Manage high-risk deliveries, admissions, and transfers
• Assist with family-centered care and support for high-risk moms and babies
• Participate in team-based planning and quality improvement initiatives
• Support transport teams by staffing neonatal transports with respiratory therapists
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols
• Document patient care accurately and timely

What You Need:

• Current NNP Board Certification (mandatory)
• 2+ years of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience
• Licensure to practice in Florida
• Strong clinical skills in NICU and neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
