What You’ll Be Doing:
As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll bring comfort, dignity, and joy to those who need it most—right in the homes where they feel safest. You will care for clients of all ages and abilities by providing support with ADLs such as:
Warm, personalized care in clients’ homes
Companionship & social engagement
Bathing, dressing, light hygiene support
Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
Medication reminders
Assistance with transportation to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and other outings as needed
Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
Dependable care with a big heart and professional integrity

Experience Requirement:
Preferred: 1+ year of caregiving experience or experience in a related field.
Availability Requirement:
Applicants must have consistent weekly availability and be able to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week and at least 15 hours, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours per week.
Reliable, consistent availability is essential to ensure continuity of care and scheduling stability for our clients.
Driver Requirement:
Must have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance, as driving is required to get to your shifts and for possible client transportation needs.
Uber, public transportation (bus), rideshare services, or drop-offs are NOT CONISDERED RELIABLE transportation for this role.
Consistent, dependable personal transportation is required.
