What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):
- Be the bridge between patients and doctors — coordinate treatment plans with heart and clarity.
- Translate dental lingo into real talk — explain procedures, finances, and timelines like a pro.
- Schedule with precision and keep the day running like clockwork.
- Own the paperwork — from insurance verifications to accurate billing, you’ve got it covered.
- Build trust and calm nerves — patients will feel like they’ve known you for years.
- Keep the energy high and the workflow smooth by collaborating with our amazing team.
What We’re Looking For (You’ve Got This):
- 1+ year experience in dental admin or treatment coordination (non-negotiable).
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatment planning.
- You speak Dentrix or Eaglesoft like it’s your second language.
- Communication skills that put patients at ease.
- Fast, focused, and ridiculously organized.
- High school diploma or GED required — associate's or bachelor's is a bonus!
Bonus Points If You:
- Know your way around dental insurance and billing.
- Are HIPAA/OSHA-savvy.
- Speak a second language — bilingual is a big plus.
