Entry Writer, Brokerage

Logistics company in the area, priding themselves on their robust end to end solutions they offer, as well as reputation for excellence in the market, is seeking an Entry Writer for their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for preparing customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed

-Review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present

-Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction

-Answer client questions and monitor processing of goods

-Coordinate with vendors and carriers

QUALIFICATIONS:

-2-3 years of entry writing experience, within a 3PL/Freight Forwarding environment

-Ability to work both independently and within a team

-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors

-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
