Position Overview


Successful State Farm Insurance Agent located in Valhalla NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Marc Tedaldi, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote and service State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.


Responsibilities


  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, providing documents, claim submissions, payments and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish Required
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred or must be able to obtain

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Life & Health license is preferred, will eventually need to obtain
