SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for clients in Simi Valley and nearby areas.

We work to match caregivers with clients based on location, availability, experience, and client needs.
Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on shift, client needs, and experience

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you may assist clients with:
Companionship and social engagement
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Walking, mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Transportation, errands, and appointments when needed
Communicating changes or concerns to the office and family
Following the client's individual care plan
Must be able to reliably commute to Simi Valley
Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred
Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
If not currently registered, must be eligible and willing to complete HCA registration and Live Scan requirements
Current TB clearance, or ability to obtain
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and auto insurance when required
Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility
Strong communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience with senior care, dementia or memory care, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or in-home caregiving is especially valuable.
CNA, HHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus, but not required.
Great caregivers understand that reliability matters just as much as compassion.
