About the Role
We're seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, couples, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.


Preferred Licensure

• LMFT or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
• Candidates working toward full LMFT licensure are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
• Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Behavioral Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Active Georgia LMFT or AMFT licensure
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Insurance credentialing experience is preferred
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• A good sense of humor is definitely a plus!
