Experience: Minimum year
First-time travelers: Considered upon review
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CRT or RRT (required)
Patient Population
Primarily adult & geriatric
Some pediatric patients in the ED
Patient Ratio: :
Required Skills
Ventilator management
CPAP / BiPAP
Nebulizer treatments
A-line placement
Intubation assistance
Vent weaning & extubation
ABGs
Ventilator Experience:
AVEA, Servo-U, LPU , Parapack (MRI), Hamilton (transport)
Unit & Systems
Floating: All hospital units
Charting: EPIC
Medication System: Pyxis
Orientation: Minimum shift to learn unit flow
Scheduling & Policies
Weekend rotation: Every other
Time off: Up to days (approval required)
On-call & holidays: As needed
Block scheduling: Not permitted
Fatigue policy: Max hrs/week or consecutive -hr shifts
Additional Information
Scrubs: Any color (no camo or denim)
