Elder Law Marketing Coordinator

As our Elder Law Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our Medicaid and elder law practice by forging strong community relationships. You'll work collaboratively with nursing homes, long-term care facilities, families, and our team to ensure clients access vital public benefits.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance our elder law services and community presence.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with our legal team to create informative content that educates families about Medicaid and elder law benefits.
• Organize and participate in community events and workshops to raise awareness about our services and support initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED - 3+ years' experience in long-term care marketing/related experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with long-term care facilities and industry partners.
• Desire to learn and be a part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to strategize and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance referral business.
• Comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in various settings, including long-term care facilities.
