Responsibilities

Identify and engage with local residents in the Vancouver area to discuss their protection needs.

Explain various insurance coverages in simple, easy-to-understand language so clients feel confident in their decisions.

Prepare personalized quotes for auto, home, and life insurance policies.

Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services to help them complete their coverage plans.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our internal database.

Collaborate with the agency owner to reach office-wide goals and support community outreach events.

Requirement

State Property and Casualty insurance license.

Prior experience in insurance sales or a high-volume customer service role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple web-based software platforms.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with prospective clients.

Strong organization skills to manage a steady pipeline of follow-ups.
