RN Supervisor

Foremost at Sharon is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to high-quality resident care and strong clinical leadership, and we are currently seeking an experienced and confident RN Supervisor to join our team for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, working 32 hours per week with every other weekend.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift

• Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care

• Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Communicate shift updates and concerns to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

• Long-term care experience strongly preferred
