If so, Nova 401(k) Associates may have a wow position for you with 401(k) Administration Program, Inc.(AMP)!401(k) Administration Program, Inc.(AMP) is looking to fill Account Manager Positions.402(a), 3(16), or PEP experience is a plus, but we are willing to train individuals who have at least 5 years of plan administration experience.Overview of the Position:AMP is looking to fill fully remote Defined Contribution PEP/402(a) Account Manager positions.We will provide you with a home office set-up including a computer and a phone.Nova has been offering remote work for over 10 years.We offer a great work experience for our remote employees!We are in the process of transforming our Account Manager positions to focus more on review and client/advisor service.Our PEP/402(a) Account Manager position is supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, special projects team, and a loan and distribution department.Our Account Managers are organized into teams that work toward firm goals with special recognition given to individuals with exceptional performance.Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.About Nova and AMP:AMP was formed by Nova 401(k) Associates and AFS (Administrative Fiduciary Services) to deliver a solution to group 402(a) and PEPs.Nova is a vibrant and growing national third party, non-producing administration firm.We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide career advancement opportunities for our professionals.What Nova Offers You:This position supports a great work-life balance with a 37.5-hour work week, generous PTO, and overtime pay.We also financially support professional designations and offer regular, recurring, professional training.We offer a competitive compensation package including medical insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an HSA.Job Responsibilities:Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rateMaintain a caseload of PEP and 402(a) solution clientsManage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environmentExemplify superior client service and ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and designWork with other departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experiencePerform work according to AMP and Nova policies and proceduresProactively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developmentsQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of 401(k) plan administration experience and/or minimum of 5 years of experience consulting on 401(k) plan administrationExperience with pricing and billing a plusFamiliarity with PEP, 402(a), and/or 3(16) service models and providers a plusExcellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testingNIPA or ASPPA credentialsCollege degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsHigh level of critical thinkingAbility to multitaskCommitted to lifelong learning and coachableCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary $70,000 - $100,000Salaried, non-exemptMedical, dental, disability, and life insurancePaid time off401(k) plan with employer matchWork Location/Hours:Work from homeMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employerWe will supply all necessary computer equipment37.5-hour work weekYou may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 amWe get it.We listen.We communicate..
