Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction
A highly respected San Diego area general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from the ground up. About the Role
As Senior Superintendent, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for field operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance on complex multifamily developments. You’ll manage day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that every phase of construction aligns with project goals and company standards.
This role is ideal for a proven builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, values teamwork, and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of field leaders.
