Assistant Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Administrator to join our team at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider. As an Assistant Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our patients and residents receive exceptional care and services.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Administrator in managing the overall operation of the facility, including administrative tasks, budgeting, and personnel management
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Coordinate and conduct staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Monitor patient and resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve outcomes
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and statistics to support quality improvement initiatives
Participate in facility surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff
Assist in the recruitment and retention of high-quality staff
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field) required
Prior experience in long-term care or healthcare administration recommended
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
