Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs
Conduct consultations, showings, and listing appointments
Prepare CMAs, pricing strategies, and offers
Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
Manage leads and follow-up using CRM
Follow proven sales and lead-conversion systems
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
Active Real Estate License required
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded
Strong time management and follow-through
Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
Sales experience and a proven track record preferred
