About our Agency:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 17 years in supply chain logistics, starting in a warehouse loading trucks and working my way up to Director of Airfreight for North America. Along the way, I held roles in operations, outside sales, sales management, and branch leadership in both Memphis and Dallas, earning Branch of the Year honors at the North American level. That journey shaped how I lead today: I value initiative, accountability, teamwork, and giving people the opportunity to grow and be heard.
I’m a graduate of Ole Miss, and I bring a practical, people-first leadership style into the office. Our culture is supportive, flexible, and collaborative, with a strong belief that the best ideas can come from anyone on the team. We empower our team members, value their input, and create real opportunities for advancement in a great office location where people enjoy coming to work.
