We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician position in Norfolk Virginia in a climate-controlled environment! Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed Comfortable working in a sterile or clean manufacturing environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Reliable attendance and punctuality Clean background required Job Duties entail but are not limited to: Operate heat press machinery to produce sterilized medical bags and packaging materials Handle and process raw plastic materials according to established production standards Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications Maintain a clean and sterile work environment at all times Follow all company safety, hygiene, and manufacturing protocols Accurately document production activities and maintain required records Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the shift while performing production tasks Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Pay: $17/hour
