What You'll Do Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad Why You'll Love PPG Flexible scheduling Guaranteed patient volume from day one Competitive pay with no cap on earnings Dedicated support staff for scheduling, supplies, billing, and credentialing Travel/mileage reimbursement Company-issued iPad for EMR documentation Ongoing training, mentorship, and development Autonomy + work-life balance What We're Looking For Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required) Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required ) 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred) Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred) BLS certification required ; ACLS preferred Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings Compensation Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000-$34,000 per day per week worked (, 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000-$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
