Job Summary
The Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Rehabilitation Specialist is a member of the CCS team who provides individualized skill development and enhancement services to support people in achieving their recovery goals. This role serves individuals at various stages of recovery from mental health, substance use, and co-occurring needs, using a strength-based, person-centered approach. Role varies by team, and services are delivered in community settings based on goals identified in the Individual Recovery Plan.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position is mobile with significant time spent in the community, including transporting individuals being served, home visits and attending meetings; driving throughout Milwaukee County. Ability to navigate stairs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed primarily in the community, including people’s homes and various community-basedlocations. Ability to work in an office setting. Hours average 40 hours per week, maintaining flexibility in daily work schedule to meet program needs.
