I opened my first State Farm agency in 2013 and now operate two offices with a strong team of nine professionals. I started my career as a State Farm team member — it was the first job where I truly felt I was making a difference. Once I found success helping customers protect what matters most, I knew agency ownership was the right path for me.
I’m a graduate of William Paterson University in New Jersey, and I bring that a driven, goal-oriented mindset into how I lead my team today. We work hard, stay motivated, and push each other to reach our highest potential.
I offer two weeks of paid vacation, five sick days, a 401k plan, health benefits, and reimbursement for licensing costs. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where each team member has the tools and encouragement to succeed.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Omar Juarbe - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
