From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving. * Weekly guarantee for working full schedule * Detention Pay * Runs nationwide * Bonus opportunities, layover pay, and stop pay * SAP Friendly * Medical, dental, and life insurance options * 401(k) retirement plan * Top-of-the-line late-model equipment *TransAm Trucking Company Truck Driver Job Requirements : * * Valid CDL-A * Must have at-least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience * Minimum 21-years-old *Starting pay is dependent on verified safe driving experience. May be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule, not being responsible for any service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility and a condition precedent to earning the incentive.
