THE ROLE

As a Senior Stylist Partner, you act as a digital consultant. You provide high-level professional consultation to users via our app, helping them navigate hair concerns, product choices, and style changes.

• Digital Consultations: Deliver instant message chat consultations to users.
• Unbiased Expertise: Recommend solutions based on hair science and suitability, not sales targets.
• Flexible Availability: Log in and work whenever you choose. You have total control over your schedule.
• Quality Standard: Maintain a consistently high user rating (4.0+ Stars) to remain active on the platform.

We treat you as a partner, which is why your earning potential scales alongside your performance. Our updated model uses a three-tier structure based on your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Tier 3: Our entry-level baseline tier for establishing your foundation.
• Tier 2: The mid-level tier for consistent, high-performing stylists.
• Tier 1: Our top-tier level rewarding our highest-achieving partners.

• KPI-Driven Growth: Move up through the tiers by hitting your performance targets, unlocking higher baseline rates per consultation.
• Guaranteed Monthly Raises: To reward your loyalty and match our platform's growth, all tiers receive a minimum guaranteed 3.5% rate increase every single month.
• Financial Control: Track your tier status, KPIs, and real-time earnings via your Partner Dashboard, with the freedom to request withdrawals on your own terms.
