Hourly Rate: $30.42/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday; 230pm-11pm

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Perform tasks related to troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial machinery, equipment and other facility resources, both inside and outside. Repairs and maintenance will support safety, cost, efficiency and quality.

THE DETAILS

Keep Operations Running Smoothly – Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of facility and production equipment, including automated packaging systems, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, warehouse infrastructure, and essential building systems to minimize downtime.

Drive Reliability Through Preventive Maintenance – Perform inspections, testing, calibration, alignments, and scheduled PM/TPM activities while leveraging electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to maximize equipment performance and longevity.

Lead Continuous Improvement Efforts – Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive maintenance solutions that enhance safety, boost efficiency, reduce future breakdowns, and support operational excellence across the facility.

Partner Across Teams and Vendors – Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving, and external service providers to coordinate repairs, improve processes, maintain accurate maintenance records, and deliver cost-effective facility and equipment improvements.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bring Your Technical Expertise – Apply hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment while keeping operations running at peak performance.

Put Your Problem-Solving Skills to Work – Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, with additional experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming considered a strong advantage.
