Heat Treater - 2nd Shift

From automobiles to hand and power tools, to aerospace and green energy, SPIROL provides the engineered metal fasteners that literally hold the world together.We are currently looking for a Heat Treater (2nd shift) to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut.As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards, with a focus on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters at SPIROL are also responsible for assigned periodic maintenance tasks, and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.Our requirements for the role include:High School diploma (or equivalent)Demonstrated manufacturing experienceHeat treat experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamThe anticipated pay range for this position is $19.50- $23.25 per hour.
