Our client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. They demand the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.
SUMMARY
Working as a call center representative to handle potential inquiries and claims. Responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat, and callback interactions. Work is fast-paced and performed with intensive scrutiny for accuracy and efficiency. The industry demands the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.
PAY: $18/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts with start times ranging from 5am to 10:30am depending on availability)
REMOTE: Must reside within 50 miles of Beaverton, OR
DURATION: Approximately 3 months with potential extension based on business needs and performance
