**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a PE license.
- Over 10 years of experience in land development or equivalent as a licensed PE.
- Mastery of AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology, and hydraulics tools.
- Extensive knowledge of land development codes and zoning ordinances.
- Skilled in executing site layouts, managing road access, parking, and utilities for large developments.
- Competency in conducting flood risk and environmental impact assessments.
- Proven expertise in entitlement management and gaining necessary approvals.
