About Us Capital Pump & Equipment (CPE) is a leading provider of industrial pump rentals and fluid-handling solutions. We're known for keeping operations moving efficiently and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team!The Role We are seeking a Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. HDPR fusion experience preferred.Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.What You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Forklift & MSHA certified is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days. CPE will provide training and certification.Basic mechanical aptitude.Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.Team player with a safety-first mindset.Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred.A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus!Ready to Apply?
