Job Description
SUMMARY
The Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent – Small Business performs the essential functions of the position, which include supporting the agency sales team and agency renewal and new business service teams. They will optimize small business renewals through managing the small business renewal process and nurturing client relationships. This position must meet sales, service, and quality standards adopted by the agency.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Service Commercial Lines Book of Business
2. Remarkets
3. Quote account rounds for existing CL business
4. Keep up with carrier updates and underwriting information

This position follows a 4‑1 workweek and is an in‑office role. Employees are expected to be on‑site four days per week and may work remotely one day per week.
