The Care Coordinator is a highly visible customer service and patient-focused role. They work directly with the organization’s patient population and their families to authorize, schedule, and ensure completion of patient visits with specialty care. This includes working with insurance representatives and outside vendors, arranging transportation, communicating with physicians, clinicians and other medical personnel, and any other entities necessary for successful completion of approved referrals.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAY RANGE:
$17.0 - $24.26 HourlyThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
