Position Overview This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with some sales or recruiting experience.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding real estate agents and sourcing prospective franchisees across the U.S., participating in the full sales cycle, and guiding candidates through the discovery process.
