Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a Therapeutic Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Wheaton, IL.Apply today at threebirdsonemission/careers!About the RoleAs a Therapeutic Assistant, you will support children ages 2-7 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. In this role, you'll help promote each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth by:Assisting with individualized therapy activities and classroom/lesson preparationSupporting group therapy rotationsCollaborating daily with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and social workersHelping maintain a positive, engaging, play-based learning environmentCompensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $18.25-19.00Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision + Life & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive PTO and Holiday Allowances401(k) with Employer ContributionsContinuing Education (CEU) ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramSchedule & LocationHours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMLocation: 140 E.
