Responsibilities: · Direct and coordinate survey planning, schedules, processing and project administration. · Preparation of proposals. · Record research, preparation of surveys, legal descriptions, plan interpretation and construction staking computations. · Train staff in the proper use of equipment and field techniques. · Provide client/contractor interaction in a positive, professional manner. · Work as part of a team to deliver successful projects. · Effective communicator. Qualifications and Experience: · Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin. · Minimum of 5 years’ experience. · Working knowledge of field survey equipment including Robotic Total Stations and GPS. · Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d. · Strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills. · Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel out of town. · Knowledge of topographic, construction, boundary, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
