Chef de Cuisine – Lead the Kitchen with a James Beard–Nominated Chef

We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to partner with a James Beard Award–nominated chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef (2004) and lead daily kitchen operations heading into a busy season.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants to run a kitchen at a high level while collaborating with an accomplished chef.

You are:

• A strong, steady leader who holds standards
• Organized, decisive, and calm under pressure
• Experienced in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens
• Able to build and develop a team
• Accountable and consistent

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and service
• Manage and develop the team
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and execution
• Oversee ordering, prep systems, and food cost
• Help build a culture of professionalism and respect
