Job Summary:
Meadow Falls of Bath is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our medical staff, and contribute to a positive and supportive environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying concerns and opportunities for improvement
Engage with patients and families to promote a positive and respectful environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation
Work collaboratively with other departments, including nursing, rehabilitation, and dietary services
