Senior Claims Representative - Professional Liability
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Representative to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of miscellaneous professional liability claims, including both litigated and non-litigated cases. This position requires a strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim resolution strategies, and litigation management.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required. Industry designations such as AIC, SCLA, or CPCU are a plus.Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience handling professional liability claims preferred. At least 2 years of experience managing an active desk of litigated and non-litigated claims. Experience with Errors & Omissions (E&O) claims is required. Experience with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) is highly desired.Licenses:
Active adjuster license in at least one state is required.Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internet applications. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to execute sound judgment in sensitive situations. Highly attentive to detail and able to prioritize tasks effectively.Preferred Knowledge
