Pay Scale: Production Base rate that ranges between: $33.80 and $45.00 and hour + bonus opportunities based on experience and diesel certification, tied to individual productivity and performance.


What We’re Looking For


· Diesel Technician experience required; Ford diesel experience preferred


· Power stroke or equivalent diesel certification strongly preferred


· 3–5+ years of dealer-level or heavy diesel technician experience


· Strong diagnostic skills in diesel engines, fuel systems, emissions, and drivability


· Results-oriented, reliable, and team-focused


· Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction


What You’ll Be Doing


· Diagnose and repair diesel engines and powertrain systems, including Power stroke platforms


· Perform heavy-duty diesel repairs including engine, turbo, fuel, cooling, and exhaust after-treatment systems


· Troubleshoot advanced electrical, drivability, and emissions concerns


· Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately per Ford factory and dealership standards


· Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional safety or service needs


· Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Dispatch, and Parts to support workflow


· Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders


· Road test vehicles to ensure proper diesel performance and repair quality


· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment


· Stay current with Ford diesel training, certifications, and technical bulletins
