We’re looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking Team Members who enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is not required — we’ll train the right person.
This is a full-time position expected to average 30+ hours per week. Full-time Team Members must have availability that meets the staffing needs of the restaurant, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll learn multiple positions throughout the restaurant and work together with your team to provide a great experience for every guest.
- Provide friendly, Heartfelt Service to every guest
- Take orders accurately and operate the register
- Prepare hearty and flavorful food according to Firehouse Subs standards
- Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, organized, and ready for guests
- Work with urgency and accuracy during busy periods
- Help teammates wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly
- Learn and work multiple positions throughout the restaurant
- Follow recipes, procedures, food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards

Position Requirements
- Oregon Food Handler Certificate required
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
