We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to establish a strong foundation at the Keller Williams Riverside office while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who values guidance, is willing to take consistent action, and wants to develop their business alongside experienced real estate professionals.
You will learn how to create opportunities through prospecting, open houses, relationship building, client follow-up, and daily lead generation. Instead of trying to figure out the business on your own, you will have access to coaching and proven systems that help you understand where to focus your time and how to turn conversations into appointments and clients.
As you begin working with buyers and sellers, you will gain practical experience with consultations, property searches, listing preparation, contracts, negotiations, marketing, and transaction management. Each stage provides an opportunity to improve your communication, strengthen your market knowledge, and become more confident guiding clients through important real estate decisions.
Ongoing mentorship and accountability will help you develop productive routines, organize your pipeline, and create consistency in your business. The goal is to help you build the skills and habits that can support increasing production, repeat clients, referrals, and long-term growth.

Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.
Proven track record of taking initiative and working independently to achieve goals.
Familiarity with real estate processes or a willingness to learn quickly through hands-on experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to organize and track client interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find solutions for clients' needs.
Real estate license required.
