We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to launch a successful career within the Keller Williams Riverside office while earning rewarding commissions and learning alongside experienced professionals. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build real estate skills through consistent activity, meaningful conversations, and hands on exposure to the business from day one.
You will learn to generate opportunities through prospecting, follow up, open houses, referrals, and relationship building while developing the habits that help productive agents create consistent business. Through daily conversations with buyers and sellers, you will strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and gain valuable experience that cannot be learned from a classroom alone.
As you become more involved in active transactions, you will gain exposure to client consultations, contracts, negotiations, marketing, and the steps that move a transaction from the first conversation through closing. The focus is on learning through real activity while building the organization, accountability, and consistency needed for long term success in real estate.
